Additional charges: Toll charge for use of the Tauplitzalm Alpenstraße when you arrive: € 16.- per vehicle, parking fee for the Tauplitzalm: € 6.- per night
Reservations: We ask you to send us a written reservation request by email to: info@berghof-tauplitz.at. Once your booking request has been accepted, we will request a deposit of roughly 20%. We will let you know the precise amount of the deposit in writing.

Arrival and Departure: Your room is available for check-in on arrival day after 2 PM. Arrival is possible until 9 PM, after which we will be obliged to charge € 30 for transportation on the Skidoo. On departure day, please check out of your room by 10 AM.
Payment: You are welcome to pay your room charges in cash, by debit card or credit card. We accept Visa and MasterCard.
Cancellation: If you have to cancel no later than 4 weeks prior to arrival, your deposit will be refunded.
If you cancel no later than 1 week prior to arrival, we will be obliged to charge you a cancellation fee equivalent to 3 days of room charges. If you cancel later than this or do not cancel at all, we will have to charge you the amount of your stay - € 30 per person/day.
When you book with us, we strongly recommend purchasing holiday cancellation insurance with your insurance provider.
